LR series — 905 nm integrated rangefinder modules
Silicon-detector modules for 1 to 2 km against vehicle-sized targets: 10 to 20 g, UART or IIC, 10 Hz or better. The cost-efficient choice when a 1535 nm budget is not justified.

Choosing inside this series
Range, mass and interface move together here: the longest-reach parts are the heaviest and run RS-422, while the lightest parts are short-range and run UART-TTL. Pick the two you cannot negotiate, then read the model page for the test condition behind the range figure — a 11-model series usually quotes several different targets.
